Education is the Key to Achieving Our Goals: Forest Minister Kashyap

Raipur, July 15, 2024 – The School Admission Festival is in full swing in Chhattisgarh. New students are being welcomed into schools with floral garlands and sweets. As part of this initiative, Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap participated in the School Admission Festival organized at the district headquarters in Sukma. On this occasion, he said that education is the medium of change in society. Only through education can we shape our future and achieve our goals. During the event, he welcomed new students into the school by offering them flowers, garlands, and applying tilak.

Addressing the School Admission Festival, Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap said that higher education institutions like IIT, NIT, and IIM are now operating in our state. The state government has implemented a new education policy to ensure that all children receive quality education. He said that the state government’s meaningful efforts are yielding positive results, and the dropout rate in Sukma district has decreased. He congratulated and extended best wishes to all new students. On this occasion, he also distributed free textbooks and uniforms to the new entrants.

Member of Parliament from Bastar Lok Sabha constituency, Mr. Mahesh Kashyap, said that Sukma district is continuously progressing towards development. Thanks to the government’s efforts, children from here are now serving as doctors, engineers, and in government services, bringing glory to the district. During the program, MP Mahesh Kashyap and many other public representatives welcomed school children by offering floral garlands and applying tilak. Senior administrative officials, public representatives, and a large number of students were present on this occasion.
